Cancellation policy
By Purchasing the Wine Club Membership/Signing up for the wine club you acknowledge and agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Wine Club Terms and Conditions
- Must be 21 years of age or older. You will be required to show proof of age at time of pick up.
- Must present a PHOTO ID with name matching the membership.
- Wines must be picked up in person and cannot be shipped.
- All wines are subject to availability.
- Wine Club Prices and Wine Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Wine Club perks are reviewed on a yearly basis and subject to change.
- Wines provided are not for resale and are for personal consumption only.
- We have the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time for any reason. A violation of rules may lead to removal from the wine club.
- You must agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including without limitation, laws governing the possession and use of wine and alcoholic beverages.
- Wines not picked up within 6 months may be subject to membership cancellation.
- Membership is month-to-month, you can cancel your membership at any time.
- Price of Purchase includes food and wine.
- Wine Club Discounts do not apply to private dining.
- Wine Club Discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.
- No cancellation fees. Cancellations must be made with 3 days prior notice to any monthly charge.
- Cancel your subscription online by logging into your account https://quartinoshop.com/account/login.
- Gibsons Restaurant Group Employees can not be Wine Club Members.
